Interview Preparation Course_Need help with Ideas

Hi,

In my company, we conduct assessment centres to promote employees to next level. However, as part of the need analysis, the employees said they knows nothing about assessment centres and what to expect. We are creating a training around "Interview & Presentation skills" and the objective is around what to expect in assessment centres, how they can answer panel member answers with confident etc.

Any ideas or some template would be appreciated.
