Hi everyone - I'm in the planning stages of designing a course for our new intranet. Does anybody have some bullet points I should cover as an introduction? There will be individual courses on specific features like Search, but I'm wondering what I should include in my Intro course.
What are the most common things people do on the intranet?
Probably search and upload documents? Show how to do those common things, and then let learners practice doing them. (For example, create some scenarios that require learners to locate information on the intranet, and some others that require them to update an existing document or upload a new one).
