Issue with fonts

When I launch my Storyline file, I get an error message about a missing font (Gill Sans).  My course doesn't contain this font. When I publish it, it looks fine on my end. Some users are reporting issues with letter spacing. Screenshots from their view show a completely different font. Can anyone explain what the issue might be?

Hi Donielle. That sounds like an awfully frustrating problem! It also sounds to me like there may be two issues at work here. First, it's possible Gill Sans may have been applied somewhere in your project—perhaps just to a special character like an ampersand, for instance. If your project was created in Storyline 360 or Storyline 3, you can follow these steps to replace that font in your project, resolving that error message.

Second, the issue of user's screens displaying odd character spacing and different fonts sounds like it could be related to the version of the web browser they're using to view your project. If you find that updating their browsers to the latest version doesn't resolve the issue, please open up a case and share your project file with us so we can take a closer look.
