So I have been working on creating a screen that allows the user to select an avatar based off of 8 different illustrated characters in Storyline. When I try to copy and move a character, it snaps and reshapes automatically. Anyone else had this issue?
I'm not sure that I understand your question Mark. When you say that "it snaps" do you mean to the grid or other objects? If that's the case turn it off. Right-click the slide, select Grid & Guides uncheck the snap to objects. I don't know what you mean by "reshapes".
I think I figured it out. But here is what happened: I created a "avatar" utilizing one of the illustrated characters. I cropped it so I could only see head. I created 4 guys first. Then I copied them to make 4 females. When I changed the character it would the screen would "flash" and the character would move over about 1/4 inch. Based on some experimenting I think it is based differences in sizes of the characters.
