Design Assistant/E-learning Research & Development

Part-time, temporary position (with potential to grow into other roles)

We have an opening for a part-time/temporary position for an e-learning development designer/assistant. As part of a Federally-funded research and development project, we are building a multi-module learning program, using Articulate Storyline®, that integrates social gaming design with health promotion and teamwork. The project is now in mid-stream and content has been developed that needs to be placed within the Storyline framework. The ideal candidate would have an interest in workplace health, experience with research and evaluation, excellent attention to detail for quality review, and be a strong team player.

Job Requirements

·        Expertise with PowerPoint

·        Visual problem solver

·         e-learning or training experience - even if it's only taking a class or portion of a class online

·         Experience with the research process, including study design and IRB approval, data collection, and analysis

·         High degree of initiative, requiring little direct day to day supervision

·        Remote experience acceptable (can work virtually; prefer familiarity with GOTO meeting)

·        Hours: Hours will vary due to creative product development 

·        Location: The individual can work remotely and prefer some time in our Fort Worth office

·        Duration: Start immediately; projected through June/July
