Job Shadowing


I have been given a new project on job shadowing. I understand the concept but not able to figure out on how do I scale this initiative to approx. 4000 employees in the company comprising different departments. I am thinking of following a blended approach. Starting with identifying competencies of master employee and a brief course on the skills so that employee who aspires can be prepared. Rest will be on the job discussion, training etc.

Has anyone involved in such a project . Please share your thoughts around.
