We want to set up a course With five different modules/scenes where the user choose which ones to Complete. If a user chooses two modules/scenes s/he should get a course certificate after completing. The course certificate should state which modules/scenes the user has completed. Is this possible in Rise or Storyline 360?
There's no way to create certificates natively in either Rise 360 or Storyline 360, however some people have found workarounds that allow them to create certificates with Storyline 360. You'll find more information about that on this page (scroll down to "Print completion certificate").
