Letter for clients with instructions

Is anyone happy to share what they include in their instructions for clients?

I have been asked to put together a letter that will go out to our clients once they have subscribed to our program. It will tell them how to log on to their training (that's easy we just send them a link).

I also want to include things like the minimum technical requirements for their computer, and a warning that if they stop in the middle they may need to start again from the beginning (because this depends on their cookies I think, doesn't it).

What else should I mention?
