Licensing courses?

Has anyone in the community licensed their training courses to another company? Or perhaps has worked for a company that licenses its courses?

I was going to sell my training courses on a "per seat" cost but have been approached by a company who wants to license my courses to their employees instead. I could use some help trying to figure out a fair licensing fee.
