Link redirects

Hi all,
I have a course with a bunch of links in it to external sites. These links are always breaking and I I don't want to have to republish every time a link breaks. So I want to call an external file that redirects, so I can spider the file regularly for broken links and just change it without having to republish.
Frame entered wrote a great post about how to do this for one link here http://frameentered.com/content/future-proofing-course-links
Does anyone know how I can have one external file with all my links in it? I have dozens of links and I don't want to create a file for each one.
Thanks in advance
Dave
