Hi guys. I have a wordpress site and I want to make some of my courses available online. Can anyone suggest a good LMS that can be integrated into a wordpress site, or the best way to go about offering courses online? I tried Moodle, but I didn't really find it user friendly.
Hi Cindy. The world of LMS' is vast and a bit confusing at times, but I've found that our community is generous with their input on this point, so I'm sure you'll get lots of good suggestions.
There are several WordPress plugins that are LMS'. Since you're already using and familiar with WordPress, one of them may be your best bet.
LearnDash, WP Courseware, and Sensei are all popular options, but I know there are many more beyond that. I'd take a look at the features of each and see what owrks best for you.
Hi, Cindy! I currently use LearnDash with Wordpress, and it works pretty well. The support site is excellent, and the cost of the plugin is reasonable. I am getting ready to launch courses on my website using Wordpress and LearnDash at the beginning of August.
I just bought storyline a few weeks ago and start to creaet courses, i was feeling the price is bit high but when i start to see the information and the help in the elearning-heroes , i feel it was very good decision,
Hi Anthony, on Learn Dash, are you able to publish the Storyline content? I purchased WP Courseware and it is unable to accept my Storyline files, asking that they are converted to XML. How is Learn Dash different
Hi Rachel I tried WP Courseware but cannot publish Storyline files there, it keeps insisting the file must be published in XML and I am not sure what to do
