Would some kindly give a little feedback on what LMS works really well with Articulate Presenter and recommendations of ones to avoid. Would appreciate experience in this area. Would prefer a LMS that is secure for sensitive information if that exists.

Hi Mark,
Articulate Presenter publishes to SCORM 1.2 and 2004, AICC and Tin Can API so any LMS with any of those possibilities will work fine. :)
