We released a Compliance test to approximately 1000 employees. The test was released on SCORM - LMS - Successfuctors. It works fine for most of the employees and completes successfully, however on random occasions and random machines/accounts we face an issue on the last step/screen before submitting the score. The screen is frozen and then when submitting , the score is not saved. Therefore the trainer has to start all over again. The issue occurs randomly.
