We are changing our LMS platform provider so I am looking for suggestions. I develop courses with Articulte 360 (use Rise quite a lot) so we need something that hosts our courses smoothly and gives us access to robust reporting on course progress/completion.
Our provider was Docebo but we are changing due to integration and customer service issues. We need a platform with dedicated customer support (phone access to technical help is crucial) ability to create forums, LinkedIn learning integration and one that comes with a mobile app where learners can complete courses offline.
