I agree with Wendy's comment. This is an LMS problem, particularly Moodle.
Whats happening is that your system has run out of storage space, or at least thats what the error message is assuming. In reality, it could be storage space or Memory for executing tasks. As a result, it throws a session full error message.
Your site administrator should either look at the disk space on the server, or perhaps stop some of the services running on the system inorder to temporarily free up the system.

this sounds like an LMS error message - you would need to contact your LMS administrator or vendor to help you/
