I am trying to locate an article that Tom distributed earlier this year. 

 The article covered::

• Solution with Articulate Presenter
• Comparison of eLearning solutions
• It was a competition from a few years ago (somewhere in the South I think)
• He explained his approach to the content and decisions about presentation, interactivity, etc.
