Looking for tutorial Re: creating hot spot pop ups in SnagIt

I know I've seen this screenr, but I've searched and searched and can't find it again! The author created an image in SnagIt, adding hot spots to show people's pictures popping up by their desks. Then it was published as a swf and inserted into PowerPoint, but I can't remember the steps exactly. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
