When I create PNG files (from PowerPoint slides,...etc.) and then import them into Engage, I lose a lot of clarity in both the picture and any text within. Does anyone know, Is there a way to prevent this?
Are you viewing a standalone Engage interaction or an interactin that's been inserted into a Presenter presentation. If it's the latter, take a look at this article:
The key is to prevent any scaling up or down. Find the size that you need and have your PNG at that size and be sure it displays in Engage at the same size.

Have you set the quality to maximum in Engage? you can put the custom jpg quality up to 100, but I think it sits at 80% as a default.
