Making narration optional

May 17, 2019

We would like to make narration for the entire course optional. Is there a way to do that for the entire course, not slide by slide?

You could create a T/F variable to that is used to turn audio on and off based on it's value.

Create a button to toggle the audio on and off. Put that on the master slide.

On each slide with audio narration, you need a trigger to play audio on the condition that the variable = X

Here's a tutorial to help if you haven't used variables before.

Thanks so much!
