Using Storyline 2, I have playback buttons on a Master Slide, however they are covered by the View Mode screen recording. I want them to show over anything on that side, how do I do this?
Anything you put on a master slide will always appear at the "bottom" of your slides. Think of it like a background. There're two ways you can fix this...
First, don't put the buttons on you master slides. Place them directly on each of your slides. If you do this, I would suggest locking them in the timeline, that way you don't accidentally move them.
The second way you can fix this (while still using your master slides), is to add a layer to your master slide and place the buttons there. Then, you'll need to create a trigger that displays that layer on every slide when the timeline starts. This is a bit of an odd workaround, but it would work.
