Hi I am new in storyline. I have a question. I made a custom menu and navigation in an e-learning module. Is it possible to show not the hamburger menu of the player when the module is playing on my mobile? I turned menu off in the settings of the player and it is hidden when playing on the computer however on the mobile it is still there.....
If you aren't using the player at all, you shouldn't be seeing the hamburger menu on mobile. Are you sure you turned off all the player settings? I would start by checking the slide properties of all your slides to make sure you haven't accidentally selected some player settings for specific slides. Can you share your file so I can have a look?

Indeed I forgot to turn off the menu option in 1 slide. So problem is solved!!
