I am building an Annual Review Course type, which will have multiple scenes to address separate topics. I am trying to build a navigational menu, that will have buttons that lock up (gray out, or what not) when the end user has visited the section, so as to help the person navigate through the course. Anybody encountered something like this before? Maybe there are templates that exist for this kind of a menu?
Hi, Steve: I haven't seen that type of menu, but agree that would be neat, especially if someone already built it.
What you see more often is a graphic course menu on a slide. Like many other developers, I've started minimizing the built-in menu (it's there if someone gets really lost) and creating more graphic menus. Here's a module I created on Fleet Safety. "Signposts" grey out when visited, and when the learners visit all the signposts they gain access to knowledge check. Oh lucky them...
