Looking for help from the community concerning a message popping up that says "there is a survey for this course, Select OK to take the survey, or cancel to skip the survey."
This is the first time seeing this message and I'm not sure why it popped up. A survey is uploaded through our LMS and has nothing to do with storyline. Learners must fill out the survey to get their certificate. I am told this has nothing to do with our LMS.
Did you try uploading your course to SCORM Cloud to see if you're seeing the same behavior? That's what we generally recommend doing to determine whether the problem stems from the course or the LMS. Here's an article that walks you through how to do that.
I hope that helps you get to the bottom of where the problem is coming from. If the problem is coming from the LMS, you'll need to talk to your provider. If it's coming from the course itself, feel free to reach out to our support team.
