Mobile Learning with Articulate Studio 13

Dear all,
so far I have created a few e-learning courses using Articulate studio 13 for desktop courses. However, I am planning on making the courses accessible on smartphones and tablets as well. When publishing a course with Articulate studio it is possible to choose the HTML5 output. But it just doesn't look right on my smartphone.
Is there a kind of step by step instruction somewhere on how to create a course that can be accessed via PC, Tablet and Smartphone?
Thanks for your help
Rebecca

Hi, Rebecca: I'm not sure as step-by-step guide exists. Can you share a specific issue you are having? Screenshots are helpful. --Daniel
Hi Daniel,
thanks for your swift reply.
Attached you find a project which can be accessed via PC. However, on smartphones and on tablets it doesn't look the way it should. As it was created with Articulate Studio 13 the course is based on powerpoint and we have also created a master slide to make things easier. I thought by clicking on HTML 5 output when exporting the project the course would automatically look right on tablets and smartphones as well. Now, I guess the design could be the problem. However, I just don't get the problem.
Kind regards
Rebecca
Hi Rebecca. The HTML5 output option is available in Studio '13 as Flash support on web browsers is being phased out. However, publishing your Studio '13 course to HTML5 doesn't make it responsive—meaning it won't adapt or reflow your course content for different device sizes and orientations.
However, Articulate 360 (which includes the latest version of Articulate Studio, Studio 360) gives you a new responsive player that does what you need. I'd recommend starting a free 60-day trial so you can upgrade your Studio '13 project to Studio 360. Then, republish your project and do some testing to verify that it's working the way you need it to across devices. That way you can know for sure it's worth asking for an upgrade.
And if an upgrade is totally out of the question for you right now, you might want to check out this article that walks through information about the Articulate mobile player for Studio '13. I hope this information helps!
Thanks, Trina, for that lucid reply. --Daniel
Dear Trina,
thanks a lot for this detailed answer. I started the free 60-day trial of Articulate 360. I will do some testing and see whether this solves the problem.
Best regards
Rebecca
