Moodle and Articulate - different perspective

Hi everyone! I'm new to Articulate products, and I'm using Storyline 2. 

While it is possible to have SCORM package imported in Moodle, so that Moodle can use the statistics in its database, have anyone tried to do the opposite? If it is possible at all? 

The use case would be something like this - I would like to create an front end/ navigation in AS2 for courses in Moodle. Is it possible for AS2 SCORM package to get data from Moodle database to update certain states? For example I have a white circle that represents a course in Moodle. When I've successfully completed that course it will change it's color to green when I return to it.

I've been googling for couple of days now, and I haven't been able to find this interaction. Don't know if it is possible at all.

Does anyone have some ideas?
