I'd just use the fade animation in power point to create the effect.  Just get some photos starting with a baby, fading into a toddler, fading into a child, fading into a teen, fading into an adult, fading into a middle age person, fading into an old man, etc. In this example I just took two photos and removed the background. Then I applied the fade animation to the top photo so it morphs into the old woman. You can also add a delay and increase the duration of the effect to make the fade more seamless.
