Hey everyone!
I am looking for a way to make our manufacturing certification process digital through our LMS. The issue is that the certification is a two-part document currently. The first portion the trainer checks off the list once the trainee has mastered the skills, and the second portion the trainee answers a series of questions.
I can easily import the questions into a quiz, but I am having a difficult time figuring out how to import the visual checklist into an e-learning or other digital content.
Both the trainee and the trainer would need to access the same content, but from their own login inside of our LMS. Is that even possible?

Have you spoken to your LMS provider to see if this is something that could be done directly in the LMS?
Hi, Nicholette: I support field-based workers, and we use checklists quite a bit in structured job shadows. Basically, we have a checklist of tasks in our LMS (which is Litmos). The worker triggers the checklist and supervisor pulls up that checklist on his mobile device and evaluates the worker doing the job in the field. Many of our checklists are also coupled with more traditional elearning.
Agree with Allison that an in-depth chat with your LMS admin would be a good use of time. --Daniel
