Multiple Choice Questions in Quizmaker

Oct 11, 2011

Hi,

we are creating a quiz that includes multiple choice (one answer correct) questions.  Believe it or not, I have a few questions that have A-K choices.  Quizmaker offers me A-J.  Is there anyway to increase the number of answers available, or can I only go up to J?

Hi Katherine!

I'm sorry we didn't reply to this thread earlier. The answer is there really isn't anyway to extend the number of choices beyond the built-in options. But, there are some possible workarounds

Here's a creative idea Jeanette shared a while back. It's more around breaking out your question than extending them, but it might offer you some ideas.

And speaking of splitting up a question choices, that might really be the best idea. Maybe you increase the number of questions while reducing the number of choices? That gives you the ability to combine different answer choices while working within the 10-choice limit?

Here's a flash cards example. And an art history example.

Do you have a quiz sample you could post so we could get an idea of just what types of quizzes you're creating?
