Hello, I saw a couple of threads on this topic, but those were way old and didn't seem to offer any solution for me. I am investigating course development that would be supportive of different languages. I saw the idea of branching. What about the idea of using layers in this way? Like the English layer, French layer, German layer etc.? The I'm not (at the moment) soooo interested in the interface language (e.g. Resources link). It's more the course content at the moment.
Hi William! It's a great question. I just wanted to chime in and share an article by Trina on How to Create One Storyline Course with Multiple Languages. It includes one of the videos you linked to above. I hope that helps give a little more insight on the topic.

Maybe I should have searched a little harder before posting.
