Hi Chris, thanks for you reply, yes sorry my description may not be the best, I have attached a picture below,
Basically when when they select 1 of the 3 last tick boxes they can proceed via next button popping up, but there is nothing stopping to un tick the boxes and then proceeding and nothing is recorded.
Could you add a trigger on state change of the next box to disable the questions? That way they could change their minds up until the point of all of the answers being selected then once all answers are selected and the 'next' btn appears they can no longer change anything.
