Multiple quiz questions on one slide

Has anyone tried successfully to have three questions on a single slide? I have three possible suggested solutions from three characters and I would like them to select that they agree or disagree with each of the 3 and then submit. Using the freeform solution, they must get all three correct. I would like each one scored individually. Trying to make this like a game and I let them know their score along the way. I had intended to have negative points for wrong answers but the quiz scoring does not allow that. I made a feature request for that today.

You would need to use hidden quiz slides that you submit using variables and timeline start triggers
Thanks Phil it seems like this will work fine. I think I will set those hidden slides in another scene just to keep things simple and organized. I am just removing that scene from the menu.
It is a fiddly way to do it, but it does work, you may get a slight flicker as the slides load so you may want to add an image that matches the slide you are going to
