Hi, Norman: I assume you are talking about a Storyline file. How large is it?
Large files are usually caused by video files that are only lightly compressed. (A lot of audio files might cause the issue, too.) As a first step, you might go into Publish Settings, and slide those sliders way to the left, just to see if it's a compression issue.
