Thanks for posting your question here in the community! I did a quick search of our community and didn't find anything existing that is nautical themed (as far as I can find) BUT i think this is a great time to use the Content Library assets that are now available to you in Articulate Presenter/Powerpoint. If you go to the Articulate tab in Powerpoint, you can bring in images, icons, and illustrations. If you do a keyword search for nautical you'll find all sorts of cool stuff:
Some of these images and icons would make a great starting point for your nautical themed template! Also, you can find some great free fonts online, if you google "Nautical Fonts" it will give you some ideas for what might work font-wise. Keep in mind to always make sure you have the proper rights to use a font you download. Hope this helps a bit :)
