I assume you are using Storyline. You could use the Visited state of the three objects to change the Next button's initial disabled (or hidden) state to Normal when the state of all the three objects is Visited. See attached a quick example.
Thank you for the feedback, but that is not what I need. Here is a screen shot of my current project. So ultimately, I do not want the next button to become visible until the three objects are clicked. How can I achieve this?
Instead of the built-in Next button, create a custom button and adjust your triggers to change the state of that button instead. See attached a revised file.
Thank you. I have done this but i am still having problems. So unlike your example, each rectangle I click take me to a different slide, and after going through the three rectangles, the buttons still does not appear.
When jumping to other slides, you could try setting the slide properties of your menu slide (the one with the clickable objects) to 'Resume saved state'. See attached a variation of my previous example.

It means that your objects do not have a Visited state set up. Here is some info on adding and working with states.
