Need experienced Articulate developer(s)

Hi,

I'm an instructional designer in a company that develops classroom training, mostly for the US government. In the next couple of months we may need to add an online component to some of our classroom courses. I'd like to start connecting now with experienced Articulate developers who are interested in helping us with that aspect when the time comes. I'm looking for resumes, samples, rates, etc.
