I would love to use this presentation format, but I don't know how to do it. I've figured out how to not have a side menu, but so far I've only figured out how to have all or nothing. I really like this format, especially with the menu, attachment, closed caption, volume and full screen options. Please can you tell me how to do this, or perhaps post a template?

That is a custom player template, you would either have to buy it, or make it.
