Need help with user data without LMS

Hi all,

I am doing a project for a non credit certification course. My manager wants to track all those who take the course and complete it.

This project is a beta so we can't use LMS, it there any other way (simple) perhaps where its possible to see who took the course with their names etc.

There are 3 modules to the course but the final quiz is at the end of 3rd module where, they also will get the option to print out their certificates.

Any suggestions
