need Suggesttion

i want to research in the field of e learning. i have some idea but its not clear . i want the use of technology to enhance learning . or technology effect the learning or creative education. and i also have the idea that in schools computers labs are their but they are not fully utilized by the teachers teachers are not fully trained they are using traditional method.. .. so please give suggestion what should i select the topic..i m confused
