Does anyone have any frameworks, templates, concrete examples, specific questions used of a needs analysis that considers cultural factors? I'd like to add some questions to my needs analysis that focus specifically on that area.

Also, I know this isn't what you're looking for, but I thought maybe this example I created on working with people from different cultures may help you come up with some questions.
