News Alert Style one slide Template?

I watched a great webinar by Tim Slade where he gave an example of how he took some information, and presented it as if it were a news clip from something like dateline. This is a screen cap. I was wondering if anyone knew of any templates similar to this? Not sure I can build it from scratch. The documents flying in are simple "float in" entrance animation sequenced on the timeline to appear a few seconds after the previous one.
The "industry news" can be created with a rectangle (picture fill if you want that look) with the text included.
The yellow highlight can be created by placing a rectangle over the text, making it yellow, no outline and then adjust its transparency to about 65%. You can then set the entry animation as wipe (from left) and place it on the timeline to sync with the audio.
