No Audio in Screenr Recordings

Hi there! We're having an issue with our Screenr. The screen indicates it is picking up and recording sound (the lines by the mic icon light up as we talk), however, when we play back the screencast, we do not hear any audio. We are able to hear other audio from our computer, so we are sure the sound is working. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Bethre,

Thanks for your post. If you're recording your screen in Articulate Storyline and narrating as you go, it's important to keep in mind that if you insert your recording as Step-by-Step Slides, any audio recorded will not be used. Check out this tutorial for more:
