Nordstrom Instructional Designer Opportunity

The instructional designer on the Learning and Development team is primarily focused on creating learning solutions for internal partners across the business. The successful candidate must be comfortable working at all levels of the organization from the front line in the store to senior corporate leaders. This role requires someone with diverse experience in learning design, project management, and the creative talent to truly do it all, including: partnering with the business to identify needs and define projects, effectively managing the entire design process, building creative and engaging learning materials, and delivering top quality programs enterprise-wide.
