Off-Topic Request - Ramping Up on "Education"

Hey all,

Longtime member via various organizations.

I would love to see if anyone has any guidance for me.

After being in the corporate training space for years, I am now a part of a group that provides training and development for college students on college campuses.

I need to get myself up-to-speed on working in the collegiate (and potentially high school) educational environments.

My employer is fully supportive, so conferences, seminars and other types of experiences are all on the table.

I'll appreciate any feedback you can provide.
