Options for hearing impaired learners

Apr 01, 2019

I'm not sure if Articulate has any programs that can help, but I am looking for software options that can convert an M4A file (audio) into text. I need to add transcripts to all of my webinars for hearing impaired learners. I am covered with my Storyline courses since I can print a transcript by adding my script to the Notes section and publishing as a Word doc (thanks for that!.) But for my webinars, I do not know what software to use. Cost is a factor, of course. I found Happy Scribe, but they are quite pricey. Thank you in advance for ideas.
