Parallels desktop for Mac

I've been using Articulate 360 on my Macbook. It's worked alright for 5 weeks and now suddenly the files refuse to open up. Anyone experienced similar issues? I've just updated the parallels desktop update so not sure if this has ruined things. How do I reinstall the storyline software on parallels? Is there another way to get my files to work?

 Update - I've uninstalled and reinstalled Parallels desktop. Still unable to open Articulate storyline.

Update 2 - After 3.5 hours of struggling to open my files I finally managed to do so by reconfiguring memory and retina displays for parallels desktop.Articulate is quite slow for parallels desktop.

Hi td. I run Articulate 360 on a MacBook with Parallels and I can't say that I've ever had the kinds of issues you're experiencing. If you're still struggling with this, you may want to reach out to our support team so we can take a closer look at your set-up. Maybe there are some tweaks or adjustments we can suggest that will improve performance.
