I downloaded a freeform pick many template from 360 and when I preview it two of the text boxes on the feedback layer do not display correctly. When I publish it to Review it also displays incorrectly. However, when I look at it in the .story file and when my counterpart looks at, previews it, and publishes it using her PC it works fine. Clearly it's me (what else is new, ha ha). I've cleared my cache and restarted my pc, but am still getting the same results. If you've had this happen before, could you share what you did to solve the issue? See attached screen shots.
Hmm... that's really strange! I recommend sending your file to our support team so they can take a closer look at it. Any information you can give them about how your working environment differs from your coworker's would be helpful! Here's a link to the support request form.
Thanks Allison - I opened a ticket this morning and they've told me I need to uninstall/reinstall Articulate 360. Thanks for responding here with the link, though. I will keep it handy.
