What type of image files are you using? If they are vectored images they should appear and be scaling fine. Also are you scaling or changing the player/browser settings as a part of your publish? I'd look at keeping it at the optimal size settings so that you're not dealing with scaling as a whole.

You might also want to check the image quality/compression settings as described here, under Step 4.
Hi Ashley, Im using 1024x768 .png on a stage that is 1024x768.
