Hi, I created a Player Template and exported so my fellow developers could import it. When we imported the template it is not visible in the player. If I try to import again it says it already exists. Does anyone know why not?
I am running into this same issue with Storyline 2. I see this was posted a year ago and there is not response. Is there a problem here? Am I doing something wrong? What needs to be done?
If I change the XML file name I can open it and use it once. Then I am back to the same problem.
