I use the Canon Powershot SD780 IS. It shoots movies in HD and fits conveniently in your pocket. In fact, those are the two reasons why I bought this camera. I highly recommend this model.
We use the Flip cams for checkouts and shipouts (mailing to outlying units for task capture, remote interview, etc..). These are inexpensive enough and easy enough to use that folks aren't timid about using them. Can't beat one button shoot and stop. Tom K. likes the Kodak zi8. It's similar to the Flip but probably a bit better quality and better features at a bit higher price Lots of great choices, it's a good time to need a camera.

I love the flip video cameras. They're fairly inexpensive, super easy to transport and use. No cables needed... unbelievably easy controls.
Those powershots are pretty nice. Great pick for the price - particularly since it also takes superb still shots.
