I have a question. We are very limited in what was can do when it comes to the look and feel of our intranet. We store both policies and procedures currently in our team's SharePoint site. We'd love to hear if any of you have transitioned and started leveraging Storyline is some way to publish your policies and procedures.
You share point is very locked down also. One thing that we have been able to do is to use the deep links from out LMS and use them as hyperlinks on our share point page. For the hyperlink, we use images as buttons rather than just text. It gives the user a sense of being linked to another page on the intranet. We are currently building out Employee Handbook in Rise and doing this.
One thing we tried and were not able to do but I think it was due to our permissions was to publish a course as a web course and then point the link to the launch file in the published folder stored somewhere on the network.
